Dolce & Gabbana unveils its first foray into real estate with 888 Brickell, Miami.
Located in Downtown Miami, Dolce & Gabbana unveiled its first U.S. real estate project and condo hotel in partnership with JDS Development Group.
Featuring Dolce & Gabbana's distinct style, it will offer 259 rooms and suites, six dining establishments, a ground-floor restaurant, two bars in the expansive Grand Lobby, a Pool Club restaurant and bar for all-day deckside dining, a demo kitchen, and private dining spaces. The facade, crafted by Studio Sofield, aims to reflect "quintessential modernist skyscrapers and Milanese mid-century design and fashion," per the design team. The exterior will showcase ivory travertine interspersed with matte black steel beams, adorned with gold and bronze highlights.
Dolce & Gabbana collaborated with Milan's M2Atelier to bring to life the concepts envisioned by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for the interiors. The signature colors of Dolce & Gabbana—black, gold, and red—are integrated throughout, highlighted by a striking black marble staircase, which serves as a sculptural focal point connecting the hotel check-in and exclusive lounge areas with private reception spaces.

Renderings depict residences wrapped in white marble, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows complemented by bronze accents and a gracefully curving staircase that references the beautiful sea views characteristic of the area.
Wellness amenities will feature a double-height indoor padel court, a fitness center, a golf simulator, and yoga & pilates studios. Exclusive amenities for residents include a theater, lounge, billiards room, children's playroom, workspace with meeting suites, and a lap pool.
Adding to the Miami skyline, 888 Brickell will rise to 1,049 feet, making it the tallest building in the city, with completion anticipated in 2028.
