Established in 2016 by Stefan Lawrence, who founded Twentieth, and co-curated by artist Daniele Albright, THE NEW is situated adjacent to Twentieth’s Los Angeles gallery, showcasing a variety of exhibitions each year. In 2019, during the Los Angeles Design Festival, THE NEW featured Henzel Studio Collaborations, showcasing a collection of limited edition artist rugs created by leading figures in contemporary art.
