Ken Fulk
Located just south of Market Street in San Francisco, The Magic Factory is a 16,000-square-foot building originally constructed as a furniture factory in 1922. Today, it serves as the design studio for Ken Fulk Inc., employing over sixty staff members. For 25 years, Ken Fulk has crafted richly textured interiors and extravagant events. He has evolved into a lifestyle curator, designing not only clients’ homes—complete with personalized stationery and signature scents—but also their wardrobes, weddings, dinner parties, and family getaways. His firm, Ken Fulk Inc., operates as a creative think tank with locations in New York and San Francisco, where the studio is fondly referred to as “The Magic Factory.”
